Stress Skin Engineering Design Adopted
The door categories are designed specifically to meet the needs of fire or acoustics, rating of hotel projects, commercial buildings, pharma clean rooms, Atomic Energy Regulator (AERA) specifications among others. Door leaves are made of beveled edges, lock seamed on both hinge and lock stiles. Stainless steel double ball bearing butt hinges with template drilling are used to ensure smooth operation of the leaf movement. Bonded steel skin honeycomb core is a stressed skin structure of unique properties- a design used in the manufacture of aircrafts bodies is employed. Hardware of reputed brands such as Dorma, Dorset and similar are fitted on structurally designed and located supports.

Double-Strength and Formaldehyde –Free
These doors are made double skinned using 0.9/1.2 mm galvanized (GP) sheets with imported paper honeycomb as in fill. PU based adhesives are used to bond honeycomb to the door panels. The bond is further ensured by pressing the door assembly under controlled conditions of time temperature pressure. The vertical seams are beveled edges for ease of opening and closing by the user. The seams are uniform on both edges. Hinge plates are reinforced to stand heavy duty applications. We also provide Stiffeners to receive iron monger. Finishing options or our doors include attractive Anti Static UV resistant powder coating, either textured or plain, or poly-urethane finish in wide range of colors. The steel door frames can be provided with single or double rebate as specified in knock-down condition. The company can supply door seals according to customer’s requirements. All frames are rubber bumper to prevent vibrations and damage to doors.
Fire Doors

The product range includes fire-resistant door constructions of 30, 60, 90, 120 and 240 minutes to IS 3614 and BS 476 parts 20 & 22. Glazed doors can also be provided with fire rated glasses for rating up to 2 hours.
